In October, Russian Helicopters unveiled the launch of TeMPo, its new technical support and customer service program aimed at implementing its after-sale service strategy. TeMPo will provide round-the-clock service for Ansat medical helicopters supplied under the Russian medical aviation development program.

TeMPo allows operators to send in technical queries and requests for the development of repair schemes and adjustment of instruction manuals. It is already being effectively used for providing technical support for Russian and foreign operators of helicopters such as Ka-32 and Ansat. The service is already available online in the portal section reserved for customer support as well as by WATS (Wide Area Telecommunications Service), phone and email. The target: make exchanges between operators and manufacturers less complex and make sure that questions are taken into account more quickly.
