The Royal Thai Air Force has taken delivery of its seventh and eighth versatile helicopters H225M (formerly EC725). Since 2012, the Thai Air Force has placed orders for a total of 12 H225M as part of its fleet modernization program. According to a contract signed in 2016, these new aircraft will join the current fleet of six Air Force H225Ms for combat, search and rescue, search and rescue, and troop missions.
